This returns policy only applies to purchases made on our website. If you have obtained our products through another channel, the returns policy of that channel will apply. Generally, we are unable to provide a refund unless a damaged or incorrect product has been sent to you. All care is taken to ensure that the products are sent out in good condition. Slight production variance and minor folds, creases, dents or scratches due to handling do not significantly affect the function of our products and cannot qualify as a reason for return.
Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. We cannot accept any returns beyond that time. By stating the reason for returning your product, you can help us to better understand the situation and process the return in a shorter time. Please ensure that the product is returned in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept products with obvious signs of use and books that have been written on. Sale or promotional items, customised products, software and downloadable content cannot be returned.
If the return is due to a mistake on our part and within our control, we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product. Delivery charges and international bank transfer charges which have been incurred cannot be refunded and will be deducted from the refund amount. When we offer free or discounted delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the delivery expenses.
You are responsible for the returned product until we receive it. When returning a product over $50, you should ensure that the package is tracked. We cannot guarantee that the returned product will reach us. After receiving the product, we will replace or exchange the product, or issue a refund or credit at our discretion. For payments by bank transfer or cheque, credits for use on our website will be given as we cannot accurately determine the source of funds.
When you pay using a credit card or debit card, any refunds will be processed and sent back to the same payment card. It is not possible for us to send the refund to another card or a bank account. If your payment card has expired, the charge will be refunded to your new card. If the refund is processed successfully, the credit amount should be reflected by your card provider within 7 to 12 working days, after which you may check directly with your card provider on the status of the refund. Some card providers may require additional time before the refund amount is posted.
